Terms & Conditions

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document:

To register and maintain an account on wd126, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and continuously thereafter. wd126 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in alignment with Indonesian responsible gaming standards.
• You must be a current resident of the Republic of Indonesia.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by wd126 or any partner organisation.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or close relative of any employee of wd126 or any of its affiliated entities.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on wd126. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the forfeiture of all associated Balances.

3.2 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly notify wd126 of any changes to your registration details via the customer support channel.

3.3 KYC Verification. wd126 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit the following documents at any stage of your membership, including but not limited to: prior to your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits exceed Rp 5.000.000, or upon a random compliance review:

• A clear, unexpired copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a bank statement showing your name matching the account name, or a screenshot of your verified e-wallet profile).
• A selfie holding your identity document, if requested by the compliance team.
• Any additional documentation deemed necessary by wd126 to satisfy its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

3.4 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your wd126 account. wd126 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the Member has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

3.5 Communication. wd126 will communicate with you via the email address registered on your account. You are responsible for ensuring this address remains active and monitored. Notices sent to the registered email address are deemed received.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. wd126 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000. wd126 reserves the right to adjust these thresholds upon 7 days' notice to Members.

4.3 Third-Party Funding. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. wd126 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment instrument used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. wd126 targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for bank transfer and e-wallet withdrawals, subject to the Member's KYC status being fully verified. Withdrawals may be delayed in cases of ongoing security reviews or where the processing bank experiences technical issues.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• The Member's KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to the Member's Balance must have been met in full.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Member's available withdrawable Balance.
• The Member's account must be in good standing with no pending investigations or security flags.

4.6 Currency. All funds on the wd126 platform are held and transacted in Indonesian Rupiah. wd126 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by the Member's bank or payment provider.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All promotions offered by wd126 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time each promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Member's account are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit amount), unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Example: a 30× wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 3.000.000 in total eligible wagers before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live dealer table games may contribute 10–20%, and certain game categories may contribute 0%. The contribution rates applicable to each active promotion will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.

5.4 One Bonus Per Member. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one per Member, per household, and per IP address. wd126 reserves the right to refuse or cancel bonus claims where systematic bonus abuse or multi-accounting is suspected.

5.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements have validity periods as stated in each promotion. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity window, both the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be removed from the Member's account without notice.

6.1 General Wagering. All bets placed on wd126 — whether on sports markets (including football bandar bola, mix parlay accumulators, Asian handicap voor bola), casino games, live dealer tables, togel draws, esports markets, or any other category — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market or game type. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or market section of the Platform.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. wd126 reserves the right to decline or limit any wager at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where the bet exceeds available market liquidity, where suspicious betting patterns are detected, or where system errors have generated incorrect odds.

6.3 Palpable Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that represent a clear and obvious error (a "palpable error"), wd126 reserves the right to void such bets. Members will be notified and the staked amount will be returned to their Balance.

6.4 Live Betting. Bets placed on live (in-play) markets are subject to slight delays in acceptance due to live data feeds. Once a bet is confirmed as accepted, it stands regardless of subsequent events. Bets placed after the relevant event outcome is known will be voided.

6.5 Togel Rules. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on wd126 are governed by the specific draw rules published within the togel section. Draw results are final once published. Disputes regarding draw outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of result publication.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wd126 and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in evading a suspension or ban by proxy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or pricing anomalies, including so-called "arbitrage" strategies designed to guarantee risk-free profits at wd126's expense.
• Colluding with other Members in poker, live dealer, or any competitive game format.
• Conducting or facilitating any activity that constitutes or resembles money laundering, fraud, or illegal financial transactions.
• Providing false identity information or attempting to circumvent KYC verification procedures.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing wd126 staff, agents, or other Members through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the Platform's software, games, or infrastructure.

wd126 reserves the right to take all appropriate measures in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities, and civil legal action where applicable.

8.1 All content on the wd126 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, trademarks, service marks, logos, brand names, graphics, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of wd126 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.

8.3 The brand name "wd126" and associated marks may not be used in any third-party advertising, affiliation scheme, or public communication without wd126's prior written consent.

9.1 Platform Availability. wd126 aims to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. wd126 will not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions.

9.2 Betting Losses. wd126 accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred by Members as a result of wagering activity. All gambling involves inherent risk, and Members wager entirely at their own discretion.

9.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wd126's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount of the Member's verified Balance at the time the claim arises.

9.4 Indirect Loss. wd126 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage suffered by a Member, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage, howsoever caused.

9.5 Third-Party Content. wd126 hosts games and content supplied by third-party providers. While wd126 exercises reasonable due diligence in selecting providers, it does not accept liability for technical faults or errors originating within third-party game software.

10.1 Voluntary Closure. Members may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting wd126 customer support. Pending the closure, all active bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Any verified withdrawable Balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within 5 business days of account closure confirmation.

10.2 wd126-Initiated Suspension. wd126 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in cases including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of request, or operation of accounts in jurisdictions where the Platform's services are prohibited.

10.3 Dormant Accounts. An account with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. wd126 will make reasonable efforts to contact the Member via their registered email address. If no response is received within 30 days, a monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000 may be deducted from the remaining Balance. wd126 will not apply fees to a Balance that has already reached zero.

wd126 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. wd126 does not sell personal data to third parties. All data is held securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on hardened, access-controlled servers.

wd126 is firmly committed to responsible gaming principles. We provide a suite of tools to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion options of varying durations. These tools are accessible via the Member's account settings or by contacting customer support.

Participation in gambling on wd126 must always remain a form of entertainment. wd126 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, wd126 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice to Members via the registered email address and/or a notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 10.1.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wd126 holds its international operating licence. Nothing in these Terms limits the statutory consumer protection rights available to Indonesian residents under applicable Indonesian law.

14.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of a dispute arising between a Member and wd126, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: The Member must first contact wd126 customer support in writing, providing full details of the dispute. wd126 will use reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within 10 business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the informal process does not result in resolution, the Member may escalate to a formal written complaint addressed to wd126's compliance department via the registered support email address.
• Step 3 — Third-Party Mediation: If the formal complaint process does not resolve the matter to the Member's satisfaction within 20 further business days, either party may seek resolution through an independent third-party dispute mediator or the applicable regulatory body under whose licence wd126 operates.

14.3 Language. All formal dispute communications between wd126 and Members shall be conducted in English. wd126 will make reasonable efforts to accommodate Indonesian-language correspondence through its customer support channel, but formal legal documentation shall be in English.
